Nope — most of our clients aren't home. You can leave a key, use a lockbox, or provide a door code. We'll send you a notification when we arrive and again when we're done. Everything is covered by our insurance.
Yes, we bring everything — vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and all cleaning products. If you'd prefer we use your supplies (allergies, specific products), just let us know in the notes when booking. We also offer a natural/eco product option at a small upcharge.
Payment is due after each completed clean. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and check. No payment is collected at booking — we confirm your appointment first, clean your home, and then you pay. Simple.
We stand behind our work 100%. If something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix it — free of charge, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is the only measure we care about.
Yes. Every member of our team goes through a thorough background check before their first day. Your home and belongings are safe with us.
Yes — we're available 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays! Weekend slots book up fast, so we recommend scheduling at least a week in advance to secure your preferred day.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a $40 late-cancel fee. For recurring clients, please see the recurring agreement for full details.
